Do you charge for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order within Australia, and there is no minimum order to qualify.

Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or UnionPay. Every transaction is protected with SSL encryption.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We prepare and pack your order within 1 to 2 business days. Once it leaves us, delivery usually takes another 3 to 7 business days, so most orders land within 4 to 9 business days in total. A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your parcel is on its way.

What is Daisy Drift?
Daisy Drift is an online fashion store built around soft, feminine pieces in natural fabrics. We curate easy dresses, relaxed separates, and finishing touches that are made to be worn and loved season after season.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, email info@daisy-drift.com as soon as you can and we will do our best to update or cancel it for you.

Do you ship outside Australia?
At the moment we deliver within Australia only.

What is your return policy?
You have 60 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Send us a note at info@daisy-drift.com and we will walk you through the next steps.

When will I see my refund?
Once your return reaches us and passes a quick inspection, we process refunds within 7 business days. Your bank may need a little extra time to show the funds.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we are happy to arrange an exchange. Email info@daisy-drift.com and let us know what you would like instead.

Is my payment information secure?
It is. All payments run through SSL encryption, and your card details are never stored on our servers.

My order has not arrived yet. What should I do?
Start with the tracking link from your shipping email, as it usually has the latest update. If something still does not look right, reach out to info@daisy-drift.com and we will look into it.
