Shipping policy

Every Daisy Drift order is packed by hand and sent on its way with care, because the moment your parcel arrives should feel just as lovely as the pieces inside it.

Shipping is free on every order within Australia, with no minimum spend. We currently deliver within Australia only.

Here is how the timing works. We prepare and pack your order within 1 to 2 business days. Once it is collected, transit usually takes 3 to 7 business days, which brings most orders to your door within 4 to 9 business days in total.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Australian Eastern Time, Monday through Saturday, begin processing that same day. Anything that comes in after the cut-off simply rolls over to the next.

As soon as your parcel ships, we send a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way home.

Now and then a parcel takes a little longer than expected. Busy seasons, weather, and occasional logistics hiccups can all add a day or two, and we appreciate your patience when they do.
