Refund policy

We want you to feel completely at home in your Daisy Drift pieces. If something is not quite right, returning it is straightforward and stress-free.

You have 60 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all of their packaging. There are no restocking fees.

To get started, email info@daisy-drift.com with your order number and we will guide you through the process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method, as it gives you peace of mind and helps your parcel find its way back to us safely.

Prefer a different size or style? We are happy to arrange an exchange. Just let us know what you would like when you reach out.

Once your return arrives and passes a quick inspection, we process your refund within 7 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may need a little extra time before the funds appear.
